In light of social distancing due to COVID-19, Back to Action Chiropractic and Rehab has added new patient forms to our website so you can safely fill out all preliminary forms before arriving at our office.
After the necessary forms have been completed, you will be scheduled for your first appointment which includes a chiropractic examination and X-rays if needed. We will use this information to develop a chiropractic care plan tailored to your unique needs. After that, we will support you through our various health and wellness programs. These programs include stretches and strengthening exercises to reinforce our chiropractic care and promote proper spinal alignment. Our team will also support you by designing a healthy nutrition plan and encouraging a positive mental outlook.
